Linda M. Woolf

Dr. Linda M. Woolf is a Professor of Psychology and International Human Rights at Webster University where she teaches a variety of courses related to the Holocaust, genocide, human rights, terrorism, torture, ethics, and peace psychology.

In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Dr. Woolf regularly presents and writes on a variety of issues concerning the Holocaust, genocide, and other forms of mass violence. While her primary research focus concerns the psychosocial roots of mass violence and genocide, Dr. Woolf also works extensively towards the integration of Holocaust and genocide education across the university curriculum. Recent articles and book chapters, many co-authored with her colleague Michael R. Hulsizer, include:

* Drs. Hulsizer and Woolf have also authored A Guide to Teaching Statistics: Innovations and Best Practices, Wiley-Blackwell.

Dr. Woolf is currently Past-President of the Society for the Study of Peace, Conflict, and Violence (Peace Psychology Division 48 of the American Psychological Association), a member of the National Institute on the Teaching of Psychology Steering Committee, an Institute for the Study of Genocide Board Member, Editorial Board Member for H-Genocide, and on the Executive Committee for the Society for the Teaching of Psychology (Division 2 of the American Psychological Association).
