Donna P. Tedesco is co-author of the book, "Beyond the Usability Lab: Conducting Large-scale User Experience Studies" (Morgan Kaufman, Jan. 2010). She is also co-author, with Fiona Tranquada, of the book, "The Moderator’s Survival Guide: Handling Common, Tricky, and Sticky Situations in User Research" (Morgan Kaufman, 2014).
Donna is currently a UX Researcher at Zapier, having also worked as a UX researcher at Intuit, Facebook, eBay, MathWorks and Fidelity Investments. She received a B.S. in Engineering Psychology from Tufts University and a M.S. in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University. Donna has published and presented papers at national and international conferences, including the User Experience Professionals' Association (UXPA) and the conference on Computer-Human Interaction (ACM SIGCHI).
