Michael Bungay Stanier helps people bring out the best in others.

He is best known for The Coaching Habit, the best-selling coaching book of the century. His other books include How to Work with (Almost) Anyone, which is about building the Best Possible Relationship with key people at work.

He’s part of the MasterClass Executive faculty, and is the host of the Change Signal podcast. His TEDx talks have been seen by more than three million people.

Michael has been recognized with lifetime achievement awards by various organizations, including Thinkers50, “the Oscars of Management.” He was a Rhodes Scholar, is Australian, and lives in Toronto.
