He has sold companies to Private Equity Firms, sold companies that were held by Private Equity to other PE firms. More importantly is an operator. He builds value focusing on the basic functions of the business and operates with the philosophy that if you keep your head down and build a great company, somebody will want to buy it.
He has worked for small multi-million dollar companies, started a few, sold a few. He has also worked for a large public company that exited through a successful sale to Private Equity. As a Certified Public Accountant he as the financial insight to understand the impact of having strong operational processes in place to allow for growth.
