Chip Espinoza

Chip Espinoza, Ph.D., (1962-) was born in Espanola, New Mexico. His mission in life is to help organizations become worthy of human habitation. Recently, he has focused on the integration of young professionals into the workplace.

Chip is the Co-author of Millennials Who Manage: How To Overcome Workplace Perceptions And Become A Great Leader, Millennials@Work: The 7 Skills Every Twenty-Something (and their manager) Needs to Overcome Roadblocks and Achieve Greatness and Managing the Millennials: Discover the Core Competencies for Managing Today's Workforce. He is also the Dean of Strategy and Innovation at Vanguard University of Southern California.
