Dr. Neysa T. Sensenig holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from University of Phoenix School of Advanced Studies, a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from SUNY Albany, a Master's Degree in English from SUNY New Paltz, and an Associate's Degree Business Administration from SUNY Rockland.
Dr. Sensenig has been employed by New York public schools for the past 22 years and has been the Assistant Superintendent for Business at the Marlboro Central School District, Marlboro, New York for the last ten years. Dr. Sensenig has also taught writing as an Adjunct Professor at SUNY Sullivan County Community College, SUNY New Paltz, and Marist College.
Dr. Sensenig has published academic articles in three volumes of the anthology The Refractive Thinker. A more personal publication titled Frances: Artist, Art Therapy, and Alzheimer's Disease has been released in Summer 2010. Dr. Sensenig's dissertation Impact of the 6+1 Trait Writing Model on Writing Instruction in Grades Three Through Eight is available through ProQuest. Previously, Dr. Sensenig has published a work titled Theory for the Desirability of All Games in the English Graduate Review,SUNY New Paltz, December 1993. Dr. Sensenig contributed to the Robert Penn Symposium at Western Kentucky University in April 1994 a manuscript titled Growth and Redemption: The Poetry of Robert Penn Warren.
