Biography: Donna Bevans, Ph. D.

Donna Bevans is a retired psychotherapist who practiced for over twenty-five years in Orange County and Palm Desert, California. She is a member of the National League of American Pen Women with writing credits that include a psychological research paper, published short stories, and poems. Her novels are, Whatever It Takes, It's The Mountain Way, Secrets on Sycamore Street, and The Captain's House, all mystery/suspense novels. So . . . You want to write a book, is an instructional manual for beginning writers, by Dr. Bevans. Her children's books are, Don't Do That, Harry! The Balloon Story, and Don't Do That, Harry! The Puppy Story, Sally and Sadie, and Scooter and His Friends. They are easy reader picture books.

Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, she and her husband reside in Fort Collins, Colorado.
