Michael Dutton
Michael Dutton was born in Absecon, NJ, but currently resides in Newport, RI with his wife and daughters. He began writing fiction at the impressionable age of eleven.
"Christmasville" is the first novel in the Christmasville Trilogy (reedited and published in trade paper format in 2012)and has been awarded "Finalist" commendations in the Indie Book, the Mom's Choice and the Eric Hoffer Awards. The second novel, "Finding Christmasville," was published in December of 2012 while the third, tentatively entitled, "Saving Christmasville," is slated for publication in October of 2019.
The novel, Emperor of the House of Cards, which is a fictional distillation of the author's employment in the hotel and casino industry (including eight years with the Trump Organization), will be available in the foreseeable future.
Michael's short story, "The Notion of Zero," was included in Hopewell Publications anthology, BEST NEW WRITING 2007. "The Solitude of the Planets" - another short story - was published in the Spring edition of "Twisted Vines Literary Arts Journal."
