Marlene Morris

Marlene Morris was busy raising three children in Orange County, CA when she felt the call to ministry. She graduated from ministerial college in 1986, was ordained in 1989 and was awarded a Doctor of Divinity Degree in 2000. She served as the Senior Minister of SpiritWorks Center for Spiritual Living in Burbank, CA for nearly 20 years before moving to the Central Coast of California to write, reflect and get out of the smog.

Marlene is a dynamic, inspirational and often irreverent reverend, who delights in teaching Relevant Spirituality.

In addition to her writing,she is a sought after speaker and seminar leader who is currently offering her talents to the world in the form of workshops, retreats, books and audio tapes. The author was born in San Francisco, raised in Los Angeles, and now lives in a forest-by-the-sea in Cambria, Ca.
