Alan De Back is an experienced learning and communications specialist with over 20 years of experience in corporate, academic, and government environments. He is skilled at developing learning and communications solutions to assist clients in achieving their goals. As a trainer and counselor, Alan has worked with diverse clients from a wide variety of backgrounds. His career counseling experience includes a range of clients from both the public and private sectors. Alan possesses a liberal arts undergraduate degree from the State University of New York College at Geneseo, a master's degree in human resource development from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a graduate certificate in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University.
