Jeff Miller

Jeff Miller is an Assistant Professor at Colorado State University and the Program Coordinator of the Restaurant and Resort Management Program there. He is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, the University of Kansas, Kansas State University, and Colorado State University. He is a Certified Executive Chef and Certified Culinary Educator. After 20 years in the hospitality industry, Jeff transitioned into the educational field and was a teacher at Utah State University for five years before moving to join the faculty at Colorado State University.
