Walter Bjorkman resides in the foothills of the Adirondacks. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, he later lived for 20 years in Miami, FL. He received a BA in English Literature in 1970. His poems, flash fiction & short stories have appeared in over 30 online and print publications. He writes in sporadic outbursts of creativity, then retires to observe until the next one erupts. His work covers eclectic territories, from college attending root vegetables to semi-autobiographical work. Big fan and player of acoustic blues guitar, Piedmont style his greatest influence. He has one son, Donovan, off in Europe creating his own bio.
