Jasper Faolan's life experiences of sexual violence, bullying, alcoholism, cutting, suicidal ideation, severe depression, social anxiety, and a raging desire to HEAL and MEET THE WORLD drives her to be an authoritative advocate for underserved and uninsured children and adolescents. Laughter and bold, authentic relating are completely necessary for her in her world.
In addition to being an author, Jasper Faolan brings her MBA to bear on the mental health industry with her forever-free mental health program and app, www.J2SYL.org. She also has her RN license in psychiatry, and she is at the University of Texas at Austin attaining her Family Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license with a focus on pediatrics. She has written her Hummingbird Trilogy about her own adolescent delinquency as a way of furthering her mission to connect viscerally and positively with anyone wishing the ask honest questions of themselves.
Jasper now laughs more than most people, and she finds a lot of peace in being a part of the mental health industry. Her favorite things in Life are Love, her family, friends, authenticity, Rain, compassion, active listening, laughing so much that your cheeks are exhausted, and never giving up.
