John L. Drever is a sound artist, composer, acoustician and acoustic ecologist whose work explores how we hear and connect with the places around us. These fields come together in his concept of auraldiversity. He is Emeritus Professor at Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Visiting Scholar at the University of Cambridge, where he co-directs the LAURA (Leverhulme Trust Aural Diversity Doctoral Research Hub).
