Bruce King

Bruce King is a Fellow of The Institute of Sales & Marketing Management (FInstSMM), and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (FIoD). He has more than thirty years experience working with organisations large and small and speaking to audiences around the world on the subjects of sales, marketing and personal development.

Over the years Bruce has developed several successful business which he has subsequently sold. He has worked with sales teams to achieve an often extraordinary increase in sales and with business owners to help them to make their businesses more successful and profitable.

In 1994 Bruce was asked by the BBC to write his first book. Titled 'Psycho-Selling - Double Your Income From Sales In 8 Weeks', it became an international best seller and launched Bruce's career as an international conference speaker. He has written several other best sellers since including 'How To Double Your Sales - The Ultimate Master Class In How To Sell Anything To Anyone' published by the Financial Times - Prentice Hall, 'Telephone Sales & Appointment Setting - How To Become World Class', 'Train Your Brain To Win The Game' and his latest book titled 'Referral Marketing' which was released in September 2011.

Bruce King also writes books for children in his spare time. He started when his first grandchild was born in 2007 and wrote several short stories for him featuring a character called Grandpa Super Bear - the nickname his daughters had given him. Then in 2012, Bruce was rushed into hospital and underwent urgent surgery for a triple heart by pass. Whilst convalescing, he decided that as well as writing inspirational books for adults, he also wanted to allocate some of his time to writing books for children that would inspire them to grow up to be the very best they can be and to help raise money for children's charities. The first book titled How To Be A Super Bear rapidly became a No. 1 best seller and he continues to write these and is attracting a world-wide audience.
