Kelly E. Keough

Kelly e. Keough holds an MFA in Screenwriting from the American Film Institute in Los Angeles. She is the creator of The Sweet Truth TV cooking series on Veria, and authored the first ever published cookbook on sugar-free/gluten-free baking called, Sugar-free Gluten-free Baking and Desserts, by Ulysses Press.

Passionate about leadership, Kelly teaches. As a college professor, she is a communication and writing instructor. A self-help expert, she runs online classes in healing sugar addiction by eating desserts, especially chocolate cake. Kelly believes that using healthy food as a tool is the first step to clearing your mind and strengthening your ability to focus.

Her newest project, The Blonde Snow White, tells the tale of the origins of the real Snow White, and flips the fairytale on its head. By revealing the truth of her identity, Sicily Snow learns what it really means to be beautiful.
