WHEN NOW BECOMES TOO LATE
My first book, When Now Becomes Too Late, was actually in publishing process the morning of 9-11-2001, easing my fear the title was too 'in-your-face' !
Introducing the focus of the very moment of impact in the Apostle Paul's prophecy of this imminent, atomically timed deliverance of the Church by Jesus, confirmed by I Thessalonians 4:13-18, I Corinthians 15:51-52, and many other Biblical sources.
Thus, WNBTL itself is implanted inside the actual moment of impact described by Paul which takes place in the 'twinkling' of an eye, determined scientifically by General Electric as reacting within an 'atomic' flash inside 11/100th's of a second.
Paul's I Cor. 15:52 choice of '... moment ...' reveals the Greek emphasis of speed in its' translation, 'at'o'mos', our English term 'atom', the smallest particle in the universe.
Therefore, tucked inside that 11/100th's of a second is primed the actual detonation of His Shout for His Bride! We don't know which 'atom' Jesus will choose for His Shout, but we know it will emanate from inside that twinkle !!! And. that 'Shout' shall emanate on the day that 'must' be called 'today.'
DISTANT REACHES
'Distant Reaches,' my second work, is an autobiographical remembrance of early days as a young actor leading to my becoming a Christian.
Opening in Dublin, Ireland, the story captures an Irish morning at the Falcon Inn, a pub in Rathmines, with 'the lads' getting the day on it's feet.
A stark transition flips the reader to joining a cabbie, yours truly, starting his shift for Boston's Red Cab, after eight hours hustling for Bunnies at the local Playboy club.
A harrowing journey hitchhiking through a blizzard leads to shipping out on an 85-foot scalloper from Cape May, New Jersey,
only to be assaulted by a Hurricane, 200 miles off the coast of North Carolina, rescued by the U.S. Coast Guard.
A New Jersey State Highway Police interrogation establishes my identity at landfall.
'Distant Reaches' closes with what has been described as an 'epiphany.'
