Teresita Glasgow

Dr. Teresita has a wide range of professional experience which includes both the private and public sectors. She is best known for spending seventeen years navigating through the ranks of the male-dominated financial services industry within Corporate Trust.

Dr. Teresita successfully went from a single parent on welfare to a Wall Street career as a Vice president, Relationship Manager and Certified Corporate Trust Specialist. She now uses her voice to help others through her writing, speaking and training. She is the President/CEO of In His Season, Inc. a Christian Training & Development Company and the Founder of Destiny Dreamer Coaching.

Dr. Teresita has served in various leadership roles including Toastmasters, Wachovia Bank Capital Markets Diversity Counsel and is currently a Deacon at her church. She is a member of NAPW (National Association of Professional Women), Toastmasters International, WEN (Women’s Empowerment Network), and Women’s Speakers Association.

Dr. Teresita has Honorary Doctor of Divinity from Trinity International University of Ambassadors and is a Recipient of the President's (Barack Obama) Lifetime Achievement Award for Volunteer Service.
