Tara Springett

Tara is a fully qualified psychotherapist and authorised Tibetan Buddhist teacher. She holds an M.A. in Education and has postgraduate qualifications in psychotherapy. She has worked as a psychotherapist since 1988 and as a Buddhist teacher since 1997.
