David Anthony

Mr. Anthony taught and coached in public and private schools from 1997 until 2010. He received numerous recognitions and awards as a teacher, and was inducted into the Mathews County High School Sports Hall of Fame in 2019 for his accomplishments as a coach. Having received the call to the pulpit in 2009, Mr. Anthony retired from teaching to become an ordained pastor. Mr. Anthony left full-time ministry in 2019 to become a pulpit supply pastor and to pursue a career as a Bible teacher and writer. Mr. Anthony holds a B.A.in History from Randolph-Macon College, and a M.A. in Theological Studies Cum Laude from Liberty University. He is married to Stephanie Maio Anthony, and they reside on Gwynn’s Island, in Mathews County , Virginia.
