Dru Pagliassotti

Dru Pagliassotti has written steampunk (the Clockwork Heart trilogy) and horror (An Agreement with Hell) novels and has edited the horror fiction anthologies Midnight Lullabies, Day Terrors, and Mortis Operandi. Dru has also published horror and steampunk stories in venues such as Apexology, The Mammoth Book of Ghost Romance, and Corsets & Clockwork: 13 Steampunk Romances.

Dru is a professor at California Lutheran University, teaching media studies and researching boys' love manga (Boys' Love Manga: Essays on the Sexual Ambiguity and Cross-Cultural Fandom of the Genre), male/male romance fiction, gender representations in steampunk fiction and comics, and neo-Victorianism in comics.
