Claire Pedrick

If you want to do less to enable others to do more, hello. I coach and am host at The Coaching Inn podcast, supervisor, mentor coach & keynote speaker. I love supporting coaches to do less and go deeper! And I facilitate other people’s thinking.

Mostly I’m human! Great coaching comes from:

OUR TECHNICAL SKILLS - delivering coach training (at all levels) and mentor coaching to experienced coaches. I developed STOKeRS and the Coaching Container to make it easier for me and now others to be able to work better in partnership

OUR HUMANITY As well as running group supervision for full-time coaches, I host a coaching community on patreon for people who can’t afford or don’t have enough to bring every month

A few people come when they want to think something through and get new insights. A mother. A friend. A volunteer. Winner of the Outstanding Contribution to Coaching 2022 award from Henley Business School. The Human Behind The Coach won Specialist Business Book of the year at the 2024 Business Book Awards.

I live in Worcestershire in the UK - big skies & open space
