Ron Immink

Ron Immink is a strategist, futurist and author whose work explores strategy, innovation, technology, leadership and organisational change.

He has written more than 20 books and has spent decades working with entrepreneurs, CEOs and leadership teams on how organisations respond to disruption and uncertainty. His work has taken him across Europe and beyond, with organisations including KPMG, Deloitte, Bank of Ireland, RBS, Enterprise Ireland, the OECD, ILO, EBRD, Climate-KIC and universities.

Ron is particularly interested in strategic sensing: how leaders spot weak signals, challenge assumptions, connect developments across disciplines and make better decisions before change becomes obvious.

His books include "Stop Predicting: 13 Lessons from 1,400 Attempts to See What Was Coming" and "You Are the Upgrade". His writing draws on more than 10,000 books read across strategy, innovation, technology, leadership and the future.
