Joanna McMillan

Joanna McMillan grew up in Scotland where she completed a BSc(hons1) in Nutrition and Dietetics. She emigrated to Australia in 1999 and was awarded her PhD in nutrition science from the University of Sydney. She is a fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine, an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at La Trobe University and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Joanna has become one of Australia's most sought-after and trusted nutritionists and lifestyle medicine experts, having honed a skill in translating often complex and confusing science into clear, evidence-based advice we can all follow. She is a regular on TV, radio/podcasts and in print, an International keynote and TEDx speaker with over one million views. and author of several books and audiobooks.
