Michelle Shine

Michelle Shine is a, a widow, mother, grandmother, homeopath, writer of articles, short stories and novels. Her published works include the homeopathic textbook, What About the Potency? The Subtle Art of Healing, long listed for the Cinnamon Press novella award in 2007, Mesmerised, a historical novel, published in 2013 by Indigo Dreams Publishing and re-published in 2022 by Red Door Press. Song for Ria, a contemporary novel, published by Red Door Press in 2022 and winner of the Literary Titan Silver Award 2023. She has also had short stories published in literary magazines and several collections. Ash on the Vine was longlisted for the Fiction Factory’s first chapter award in 2023 and the Yeovil Prize in 2024. She has an MA in Creative Writing from Birkbeck.
