Christopher R. Brigham, MD, the President of Brigham and Associates, Inc., is committed to working with others in the application of evidence-based medicine and best practices to promote function and avoid needless disability. He received his MD from Washington University School of Medicine and is board-certified in occupational medicine. He is the Editor of the AMA Guides Newsletter, has published over two hundred and fifty peer-reviewed articles, and edited and co-authored several previous books including Living Abled and Healthy: A Guide to the Injury and Illness Recovery www.livingabled.com. He is Senior Contributing Editor of the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, Sixth Edition and Editor of the AMA Guides Newsletter.
