Shari Darling

Shari MAC (formerly Darling) is the CEO of FRESH DOH (https://freshdoh.com). The FRESH DOH brand produces a line of gluten, grain, and sugar-free fresh dough mixes and other future products.

Shari MAC is the author of Paleo & Whole30: Oodles of Grain-Free Noodles and Paleo & Whole30: Gnocchi and Gnudi for the Grain Free Foodie. Both books are available on Amazon.

Before becoming the CEO of FRESH DOH, Shari "Darling" enjoyed a long career as an International award-winning and best-selling author and journalist, educator, TV and radio host, and wine judge, specializing in food, wine, cheese, and Gluten-Free and the partnership between them.

Shari's concepts in sensory science as it pertains to wine and food pairing and her learning tools are still utilized in colleges and universities throughout Canada for chef and sommelier training, including George Brown College, Niagara College, and Brock University.

She was a food and wine columnist for the Peterborough Examiner (Sunmedia) in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada for over 16 years and continues to write for other magazines.

Shari MAC is also the creator of many food and wine pairing learning tools, such as the Canadian Wine Wheel and the Icewine Flavour Wheel.
