Janet Thompson

Hi!

I'm Janet. I enjoy writing children's fiction and poetry. I have 2 poems on the Byron Society's Website Blogs section, under a Byron's Spirit theme. I have two, 2 in 1 volumes published : Jewel In The Attic And The Adventures Of Tiger (on amazon.co.uk and Amazon Kindle - published under a pseudonym) and Duel Under The Sea And Pretty Stupid Stories (on Amazon Kindle by Janet M Gell Thompson).

I enjoy history and mythology. My books reflect this, I think. My influences might have been The Never Ending Story and The Chronicles Of Narnia...perhaps. I loved Pam Ayres Poems as a child too...

I think I wrote my first poem when I was 6.

Thanks, Janet
