Keith Johnson (1938 - ) is a UK writer and software developer who has written or co-written over 100 books.

He was a Physics teacher, Deputy Head, Timetabler, Acting Headteacher, and then District Inspector for Science for Manchester before leaving classroom education in 1990 to pursue his career as a full-time author of physics textbooks.

‘Physics for You’ included features which had not been seen before in UK Science textbooks. His books have been read and translated around the world including official translations into Chinese, Thai, Dutch, Slovenian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Welsh and Norwegian.
