Deborah Rohan

Deborah Rohan was born in Denver, Colorado to a large, Irish family. For over 25 years she has focused her work on helping people better understand and communicate across cultural, ethnic, religious, and national divides, with a special emphasis on US and Middle East relations.

In her new book, “One Person Acted and Everything Changed: 10 Inspiring Accounts of World Changers”, she examines the theme of fully owning one's individual power and using it to make the world better. Through 10 compelling and often shocking stories, she proves that one person can create major change and solve massive problems if only they would believe in their ability to do so.

Her first book, “The Olive Grove: A Palestinian Story”, is an historical novel based on a true story. In a deeply personal and gut-wrenching page-turner, she explored how themes of competing culture, religion, and world view played out on the world stage, changing the map and the lives of three generations of one Palestinian family.
