Mark Liam Piggott

I’m the award-winning author of three novels, and a novelette which was praised by the New Yorker. “Fire Horses” and “Out of “Office” were published by Legend. “Jam Generation” was published by Provoco in 2026 and my literary thriller, “Sacred Spring”, is about to be released by Thinkwell. I’ve had short stories, poems and creative non-fiction published in anthologies, magazines and literary websites, and received awards from the Royal Literary Fund and Authors’ Foundation. As a journalist I’ve had hundreds of features, columns, comments and blogs published in The Times, Sunday Times, Guardian, Independent, Critic, The Author, Spectator and New Statesman, as well as the US and Ireland. I’ve been a guest on BBC Radio; appeared on and researched for TV; and once helped a BAFTA winner write a West End show.
