Helena Fone

Helena Fone is a psychotherapist and one of the World's leading experts in Emotional Freedom Technique. Apart from writing EFT for Dummies which is available in English, Dutch, French and Slovenian, she set up the World's largest EFT Association where she introduced high standards of training and practice. She wrote the EFT in Education programme and is often in demand at events where EFT is on the agenda. Her work spans over 20 years, working in clinical settings and in private practice. Helena has now written a very comprehensive workbook on Trauma Informed Somatic Practice. Not all therapists have been trained in trauma so this workbook is invaluable.
