Paddy Miller is presently a Visiting Professor at CEIBS, Shanghai. He is also Professor based in Barcelona, Spain at IESE Business School, University of Navarra, ranked as one of the top schools in the world. His main interests lie in the area of innovation, leadership and organisational change and he has many years of international experience in these areas. He has taught many leadership and general management courses on the senior executive programmes at IESE as well as at Harvard Business School, MIT and the Darden School in Virginia. He has authored and co-authored several other books, including Mission Critical Leadership published by McGraw Hill.
He is a corporate speaker and has been a keynote speaker at the World Innovation Forum in New York, the Creative Innovation Conference in Melbourne and the HR Directors' Summit in Birmingham, UK.
In-company assignments have included Abbott Laboratories, Bacardi, Coca Cola China, Bosch-Siemens, Bulgari, Ericsson, Santander Bank, Nike, L'Oreal, Thyssen-Krupp, Volkswagen AG, 3i Plc and CitiCorp.
Presently he has major projects in the US, Europe and Asia. He is a board member of various institutions and companies including the Institute of Media and Entertainment in New York, and is on the Advisory Board of Vivaldi Partners in New York.
