She has written two narrative nonfiction books for adults. Her secret passion is football, and she has written a book about two women factory workers from her own home town in the North of England, who became wold-wide stars of the newly Uk-created female soccer world in 1920, before this innovative and popular sport was effectively banned bi the Football Association of the UK. For 50 Years. This book, a local, social and political history oft two women's lives and times, is now published in Kindle format, titled 'Two Dick, Kerr's Ladies'.
