Robert Carmack is a television food stylist, and author of five cookbooks. Despite his Asian focus today, his training is classical French, with a Grand Diplome from prestigious La Varenne in Paris, and another from the University of Dijon. He worked personally for Anne Willan in Paris and the late James Beard in New York.
