My purpose on this planet to remind people of their naturally joyous nature and to provide strategies to assist them to return to it as necessary.
How have I done this?
First I developed a 'Happiness & Wellness' program, this was a TV show and classes / seminars provided for children and adults. (Focusing on the positive side of stress management, how to live a full and rich life.)
I wrote a book called 'The Spark' - ways to pass the spark of joy from one to another and then a book called 'From Oak trees to Acorns' - sharing the lessons of life that work with children.
Then I concentrated on developing brain-friendly learning to learn processes, accelerating the learning process, improved creativity and information management. For this I wrote 'Get ahead - map your way to success' and 'Business Mind Maps' (with Tony Buzan).
Nightingale Conant provided me with a wonderful opportunity to create a 6 CD set called ‘Joy Journey’ with a mapbook, meditations, stories and much information.
Most recently (with Richard Israel) I wrote 'Mind Chi - Rewire your brain in 8 minutes a day' to let you build, manage and direct your mental energy for increased resilience and success in business and life. Richard & I experienced the unprecedented levels of stress and burnout being experienced in the workplace and know that Mind Chi can increase resilience and improve the quality of life for anyone just taking the 8 minutes a day necessary to perform the Mind Chi routine. I believe that this is my best contribution to assisting others to increase their ‘joy quotient’ so far! Please let me know what YOU think after you have experienced the Mind Chi process.
