Kate Faulkner grew up in Nottingham and has lived in Central London, Acton, Hackney, Finsbury Park, Byfleet, West Byfleet, Reading, Thames Ditton and she now resides near Newark. She has lived in a 1930s house, student accommodation, an Edwardian home, several Victorian terraces, a 1970s property and a 1950s flat. She now lives in a 200 year old farmhouse. Kate has bought, sold, rented, renovated, traded and worked in relocation as well as set up the Self Build and Renovation Centre in Swindon.
