Jess Miller

I've been writing since I was a boy in the 1950's and still have my essays from those days! Fascinated by fish and fishing my two books on the subject are a reference work on Hardy reels (The Dunkeld Collection) and a fun book of true or false fishing stories. I have also written a light, humorous novel 'The Great Convergence'. I have lived in various parts of Britain and also Madeira and South Africa and have travelled extensively in search of both fish and adventure, of which I now have a total surfeit, thank you very much. But travels, trials and tribulations build a person of experience in this life with knowledge that can help others and to that end I have written three self help books born of my work helping people find ways out of their darkness to a better life and that is my main aim these days. One of the most gratifying experiences that builds quiet inwardly determination to help more people is when someone I am helping sees the light, realises how their problems are really affecting them and uses all of their energy to leave them behind and follow a better path in this world. My one wish would be to get my highly effective, simple yet powerful message of help to more people than I am able to currently.
