Robert Brynin

I am the Research Director of the National Smoking Cessation Institute. The Institute develops better ways to help smokers to stop than the National Health Service is able to provide.

My first book, Stop Smoking for Good, was published by Hodder in 1995, and my second book, How Can You Expect to Stop Smoking if You Eat Tomatoes?, was published by the NSCI.

My latest book, The NSCI Stop-Smoking Manual, is published by the Institute. It is a step-by-step plan based on the NSCI Knowledge Base. My literary agent calls me 'the new Allen Carr', but my work is based on science rather than personal experience, as his books were.
