Mark Hennessy

Mark Hennessy has over 20 years experience in Executive Recruitment, team building and HR consulting primarily for early stage technology and services firms. He works for UK and European firms as well as assisting US companies establish operations in Europe.

He has run his own business, Objective Professional Services, since 1994 and been instrumental in the growth of a number of well known technology companies.

Mark has worked across many industry sectors including IT, Energy, Renewables, Manufacturing and Biotech.

Mark is a mentor with SETsquared an award winning business incubator working with Bristol, Bath, Southampton and Surrey Universities. His interest in early stage businesses has led Mark to become involved with numerous fledgling companies, assisting them with all aspects of funding and growing their businesses.

Mark splits his time between his office outside London and his home in the north of Scotland. He has a wide variety of interests including astronomy, politics and community based activities. He is married and has two sons.
