Joy Skipper

Joy has worked with food for over thirty years, either writing about it, cooking it, advising people how to eat it or growing it! There is no aspect of food that Joy does not enjoy, or more importantly, enjoy sharing. When not writing about food, Joy spends her time running cooking and nutrition workshops, providing one-to-one nutrition consultations with clients, or helping chefs to make their food look more beautiful on screen.
