John Paul Catton is the author of the "Sword, Mirror, Jewel" YA Urban Fantasy series and the "Tales From Beyond Tomorrow" Science Fiction series. The "Sword, Mirror, Jewel" trilogy draws upon Japanese mythology, ancient folklore and modern urban legends to create worlds filled with phantasmagorical creatures and pulse-pounding adventure!

He is a British writer living in west Tokyo, and when not writing can be found strolling the streets of the city, looking for forgotten architectural treasures and new locations for his stories.
