Nigel moved to Shropshire in 2004, and set up a second-hand book business. His books are available for sale on Amazon. He has written 'Wild Edric: A Narrative Poem', which combines his interest in folklore (in this case, the myths and legends of the Shropshire hills) and poetry. Also published are books of narrative poetry set in Shropshire: 'Myth and Memory', 'Long Wayman - Legends of the Mynd', 'The Borders of Myth: Poems of Shropshire and Wales', and 'All Along the Stiperstones: Legends of the Devil's Chair'. 'Inroads to Shrewsbury' is a personal exploration of the town, visiting familiar places, but also discovering hidden aspects of Shrewsbury's history. His latest book 'Sleepers Rock' returns to the legends of Shropshire in an inter-linking tale that spans the centuries.
