Michael G. Heller

Michael G. Heller is a political economist with interest in sociological theory and system theory. He has taught development economics, political theory, Southeast Asian politics, and Latin American history at universities in the UK, Argentina, Australia. He studied at University of Sussex's Institute of Development Studies (IDS). His PhD was a Weberian analysis of public policy in Mexico. He now publishes SOCIAL SCIENCE FILES @Substack.
