Dave Jennings is a leadership and change expert and #1 Wall Street Journal bestselling author of "The Pit of Success: How Leaders Adapt, Succeed, and Repeat." He also author of "CATAPULTED: How Great Leaders Succeed Beyond Their Experience" and many articles on leadership and change. He reminds leaders they are not in their job because they have all the answers. They are in their job to find answers.

In the trenches with executives implementing global strategic change initiatives in complex organizations, he understands the risks, stresses, and opportunities. He has coached, trained, and prodded thousands of leaders and high-potentials from blue-chip companies such as Salesforce, Microsoft, Intel, Deloitte, ExxonMobil, and Hewlett-Packard and many more.

Dave is an adjunct instructor at the top-rated University of North Carolina Executive Development program. His PhD research is in change resilience.
