Paul O'Dea

An engineer by profession, Paul has co-founded and scaled several tech-based businesses internationally resulting in multi-million-euro revenue growth. He is Founder and Managing Director of Select Strategies, a boutique consultancy firm and has over two decades of experience advising leadership teams of growth firms on how to scale internationally.

For his latest publication, Paul has teamed up with Select Strategies colleague and company Director Emer O'Donnell. Their book, The Growth Roadmap®, builds on frameworks published in The Business Battlecard and on their combined decades of experience working with clients to help scale businesses. The Growth Roadmap®, will be released in Autumn 2020.

Paul was born and raised in Dublin, where he lives today with his wife, Clare and kids Sean, Maria, and Ross. When he's not writing books or helping to scale businesses, you’ll find Paul at a Leinster Rugby match or any other sporting feature featuring more than two people!
