Nigel C. Hunt

I am an Associate Professor in health psychology at the University of Nottingham, UK, with a specialist interest in traumatic stress and in developing a narrative understanding of how people deal with their experiences. I am also Docent in Social Psychology at the University of Helsinki, Finland.

My research into trauma has been largely but not solely focused on war; with projects around the world in places such as Iraq, Bosnia, China, Saudi Arabia, India and Pakistan.
