Jared Tinlin

Jared Tinlin, also known as “The Kid Author,” started writing his own stories and drawing pictures at the mere age of seven (7). Jared is now eleven (11) years old and has three published books, Hey…Hey…Think Out Loud!, Hey…Hey…Think Out Loud Again! and Hey…Hey…Think Out Loud At Night! Jared’s books are fun to read and imaginative from a kids point of view. Jared’s books demonstrate the Learning to Read and Reading to Learn and Empowering Kids to Write concept for kids. Jared’s books are encouraging more children to not only read but write. The Albuquerque Public School Board recognized Jared for his outstanding achievements. Governor Susanna Martinez also recognized Jared Tinlin during Read Across America week in 2011. Jared’s books received five star ratings from the Midwest Book Reviews. Jared is currently working on a fourth book entitled “Hey…Hey…Think Out Loud About Balloons!” Jared is also working on his first fiction chapter book about Ninja Dragon Eggs (China’s Sacred Dragons). Jared continues to have a love of reading and writing. Look out for more books from “The Kid Author” in the near future!
