Kip Kreiling

Shaped by our broken urban society, Kip Kreiling had already been arrested three times by the age of 10. Before turning 14, his number of arrests had grown to eleven. At 13, Kip was removed from two schools, a shopping mall, and a bank in handcuffs, and arrested twice for burglary. The chaos from his criminal behavior led to a turbulent youth which included moving 34 times between the ages of 11 and 26—on average, he moved every 5 months for 15 years. Painfully, Kip was alone for every move—first cycling through the homes of relatives and friends, then foster homes, street shelters, and several drug houses.

Despite the odds, Kip transformed his life—and now helps others do the same. Today, he leads Beyond Abundance, helping people discover how to transcend traditional notions of success and fulfillment. As a Fortune 15 executive specializing in corporate transformation, Kip worked with some of the world's most respected companies, including Ford Motor, Hewlett-Packard, Vodafone, UnitedHealth Group and many startups. Through these efforts, he helped transform over 45 companies across 25 industries—bringing insight, innovation, and integrity to each assignment. This work took him to over 300 cities in 30 countries on six continents. In his volunteer work over several decades, Kip has led transformation workshops in eight correctional institutions, helping both youth and adults increase their abundance.

Kip also holds degrees from Brigham Young University and Indiana University, but he is most proud of his 35-year marriage and six children. Using the Abundance Principles he learned and now teaches, Kip broke the multi-generational cycle of abuse and neglect that once plagued his family—a legacy of darkness he learned to replace with light.

In his free time, Kip enjoys mountain adventures, including boating, water and snow skiing, camping, and hiking. He also has a passion for traveling to inspiring destinations throughout this majestic world.
