Michael A. Sisti

International Book Award winner, Michael A. Sisti, recently won the International Firebird Award for his new book, On the Brink. As a professional writer for over 50 years, his body of work consists of creating advertising copy, magazine articles, and an online satirical column called Local Color. He has also co-written a TV drama series called Bleeding Ink. His published books include five novels, three humor books and a self-help book.

Sisti is a student of creative thinking, which has contributed to the national recognition gained for his writing, branding, and marketing concepts. His creative mindset has trained him to see the humor in all the activity that surrounds him. And he draws upon that wealth of experience to inspire his entertaining writing and lectures. He is a lifelong entrepreneur, having launched over 25 businesses.

In addition, as a trained media speaker and Toastmaster, Sisti is a frequent guest lecturer at schools, universities, plus business and service venues. He’s been a mentor to teenage entrepreneurs at the Young Entrepreneurs Academy. He lives with his wife Sara, in Sarasota, FL where he continues his writing, lecturing, and consulting. Most of his recent consulting involves helping other authors produce their books with editing, design, and production services.
